This document sets forth the terms of use for the proprietary source code of namoo.bookself and the related Namoo.Frame, Namoo.Database, Namoo.Worker, Namoo.Server, and Namoo.Bookself components included in this repository.

1. Ownership of Rights​

All copyrights, patent rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in this software and related documentation, data, UI, binaries, and derivatives belong to Namoo (the copyright holder).

2. Permitted Use​

You may install, run, and operate this software only within the scope of prior written permission from the copyright holder.

3. Prohibited Actions​

The following actions are prohibited without explicit permission from the copyright holder.

  1. Commercial use — Selling, leasing, SaaS provision, hosting, resale, sublicensing, or any profit-oriented use to third parties, whether paid or free
  2. Source code modification — Changes to this repository or distributed binaries, reverse compilation, decompilation, reverse engineering, or attempts to deobfuscate (except where explicitly permitted by law)
  3. Copying and redistribution — Copying, publishing, distributing, or uploading all or part to external repositories such as GitHub
  4. Derivative works — Creating and providing derivative programs, services, or plugins based on this software
  5. Removal of attribution — Deleting or altering copyright, trademark, or license notices

4. Third-Party Open Source Components​

This software references third-party open source libraries via NuGet, npm, and similar channels. Those components are governed by their respective licenses separately from this agreement.

  • Compliance with third-party licenses is not waived by the prohibitions in this agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty​

This software is provided "AS IS". The copyright holder makes no warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the copyright holder is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use this software.
